商丘金笋

商丘金笋，又名胡萝卜、胡芦菔、丁香萝卜、红芦菔、红萝卜。产于河南商丘 特点：大红胡萝卜水分多，甜味浓，生、熟食均可。紫红色胡萝卜的优点是：质地优良，有药味，个大，产量高，橙黄色胡萝卜的优点是：水分少，质地细密，适合配制不同色彩的酱小菜。其性甘、无毒、味平。有健脾化滞、下气补中，利胸膈、舒肠胃、安五脏的功能，治消化不良，久痢、咳嗽等症。
Shangqiu Carrots
Shangqiu Carrots, produced in Shangqiu City, is also called Cruciferae Raphanus Sativus. It includes three breeds: scarlet carrot, purplish carrot and orange carrot. The first kind contains much moisture, thick sweet flavor and can eat raw or cooked; the second one has high nature quality, big shape, high yield, and medical smell; the third one contains less moisture, fine and smooth nature quality and is suitable for various-colored pickled vegetables. Shangqiu carrots are in sweet nature, nonpoisonous, moderate flavor so that it has medical functions of tonifying spleen, relieving dyspepsia, relaxing intestines and stomach, calming the five internal organs, and can sure diseases of dyspepsia, dysentery, cough and so on.
