灵宝厥山葱

    厥山葱，又名“鞭杆葱”，产于灵宝尹庄镇jue厥山村一带，茎长杆粗，杆一般长26厘米以上，最长达40厘米。葱白质细，葱香强烈，入口辣中带甜。厥山葱不但是鲜美的调味品，而且可入药治病，效力较其它葱要好。该葱曾供应香港市场，受到好评。
