卢氏羊肚菌

    卢氏羊肚菌，又名羊肚蘑、羊素肚。产于河南卢氏。分圆锥羊肚菌、黑脉羊肚菌、尖肚羊肚菌等。羊肚菌，多生于早春林间湿地上，尤以杉枫树林中较多，菌体高低不一。菌盖近圆锥形、尖顶形、浅褐色。菌柄多为白色。肉软滑呈蜂窝状，纹色较浅，多纵向排列，由横脉连接，羊肚菌营养丰富，含有较多的蛋白质和维生素，是烹调时独特的原料之一。由于子实体分幅部和柄部，表面有蜂窝状的凹陷，很象翻转的羊肚，因而命名为羊肚菌。


   
    Lushi Toadstool, also called Mushroom Cap or Maigre Sheep Belly, is produced in Lushi County in Henan Province. It always grows in forest wetlands in early spring, especially in Chinese fir maple trees. Toadstools are in different heights with similar pileus of conical, steepled shapes and light brown color, and white stipes. Its sarcocarp is soft, light-colored and looks like honeycombs and diagonal layout. Furthermore, toadstool is full of nutrition which contains more protein and vitamins and is a unique material in cooking.
