卢氏黑木耳是指仅产于卢氏当地，满足于卢氏黑木耳国家地理保护标准标准的黑木耳。黑木耳是一种腐生真类菌植物，其营养极为丰富。据<礼记内则>记载和汉学者郑玄的注解，以及宋代陈皓的<礼记集说>，都证明黑木耳为上古时代帝王独享之佳品。
      
    黑木耳主要产于卢氏县，年产15万至20万公斤。卢氏黑木耳朵大肥厚、质量佳，有"黑牡丹"之称。在1979年陕西汉中全国黑木耳质量评比会上名列全国第一，在国际上也久负盛名，卢氏当地卢氏黑木耳供应商卢氏绿之源特产有限公司。民国三年（1914年）在美国旧金山万国商品赛会上，曾得过金质奖章。卢氏木耳从1963年开始收购出口，最高年出口量达105吨，主要销往香港、澳门、新加坡、马来西亚等地。
      
    “卢氏黑木耳”已经顺利通过国家地理标志认证评审。

    Lushi Black Wood Ears have earned many prizes delaying on their good quality so that they earn a high reputation in the world. For example, in 1917, it won golden medal in San Francisco Universal Commodity Fair; in 1991, it earned another golden medal in Seventh National Spark Plan Products Expo; in 1999, it was evaluated as Chinese Famous Brand Product in Chinese International Agricultural Expo.
